Quaker Coalition for Uprooting Racism
Fall 2027 — Spring 2028, On Campus with Online Components
The 2027-2028 Quaker Coalition for Uprooting Racism cohort will meet in-person and online to build capacity, design liberatory interventions, and work for racial justice during this 8-month season. The Quaker Coalition for Uprooting Racism is a coalition of six Quaker organizations and Friends who are working together to accelerate the movement for, and capacity to create, racial justice through the Quakers Uprooting Racism Community of Practice Program. This eight-month program includes in-person retreats at Pendle Hill, online retreats, affinity groups, and more. The cohort is made up of Friends from across the U.S. and Canada, with 50% of participants being BIPOC Friends and 50% being white Friends. More information available here.
