Request from Care & Counsel: Replenishing the Assistance fund

 

Our committee oversees and distributes money to Friends experiencing a financial crisis through Meeting’s Assistance Fund. Often the folks in need are families struggling to keep a roof over their heads and feed their children. We are a large community and we sometimes receive multiple requests at any given time. We rely on the generosity of Friends to keep the Fund replenished. Please consider donating by writing a check and indicating in the corner that it is for the Assistance Fund.
