Join Andrea Uehara to learn about her family’s incarceration experiences. She will also discuss the American Friends Service Committee’s (AFSC) sponsorship of a program called the National Japanese American Student Relocation Council. Other topics will include examples of individual Quaker responses to aid or comfort displaced members of the Japanese American community, as well as legal challenges to the internment.
